These services are meant to complement, not replace, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I encourage you to use your own discernment and seek appropriate professional help when needed. My work is intended to empower you on your personal journey and provide supportive guidance along the way.

All Services Non-Refundable
Due to the time, energy, and preparation invested in each session, all services are non-refundable once booked. This policy ensures that I can maintain my schedule and continue offering quality services to all clients. I understand that circumstances change, and I'm happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment when needed (please see the cancellation and rescheduling policy below).
Confidentiality Promise
Your privacy and trust are sacred to me. Everything shared during our sessions remains completely confidential. I will never discuss your personal information, questions, or the content of your readings with anyone else. This safe, judgment-free space is yours to explore whatever is on your heart and mind. The only exception would be if required by law or if there's a genuine concern for someone's immediate safety.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand that life happens, and I'm here to work with you! I kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
To reschedule, please contact me directly via email at Info@intuitivelymel.ca. There's no need for an explanation—life happens! I will always work within your schedule to get you booked in at a time that works for you.
Cancellations can be made through the booking site or by contacting me directly at the same email address.
Missed Appointments
I understand that sometimes appointments can be forgotten or emergencies arise. However, to maintain fairness for all clients, after 3 missed appointments without notice, I will need to pause regular bookings. If you wish to book again after this, please reach out directly via email at Info@intuitivelymel.ca to request an urgent appointment. This urgent appointment will be at the full cost of a 30-minute intuitive session. This policy helps ensure that appointment slots remain available for all clients who need them.
In Person, In Your Home, and Public Meetings
In-Person Sessions: The default location for in-person meetings is provided in your confirmation email after booking. Any changes to the location are welcome and can be made up to 12 hours prior to your appointment start time.
In Your Home Sessions: I'm happy to come to your home for a session! For locations outside of Chatham, there will be an additional fee for driving time. This fee varies based on the distance from Chatham-Kent and current gas prices. The driving fee can be paid via E-Transfer at the end of the session.
Public Meetings: The default public meetup location is Crow City Cafe in Chatham. For public meetings outside of Chatham, the same driving time fee applies as mentioned above.
Agreement
By booking any service with Intuitively Mel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Policies. These policies are in place to ensure a positive, respectful experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to work with me on your spiritual journey.
